Craft beer being poured at Priest Lake Brewing
BREWED HERE · BAKED HERE · LOVED HERE

From Hops to
Crust —
Made right here.

We brew small-batch beer and bake pies from scratch at the edge of the Coeur d'Alene basin. No shortcuts, no corporate shortcuts — just good drink, good eat, and the kind of welcome that makes strangers feel like regulars.

Our Story

A brewery that
feels like home

Priest Lake Brewing started with a simple idea: brew beer the way your grandma would approve of — honest ingredients, patient process, and a whole lot of care. We set up shop in Priest River because this is the kind of town where the people matter more than the product.

That's why we bake our pies in-house every morning. That's why we keep the taps rotating so there's always something new to try. And that's why you'll never feel rushed to leave — whether you're passing through or you've got a cabin down the road.

We believe a great pint deserves a great pie beside it. That's why our kitchen fires up before the door — every crust is hand-lined, every filling is made from scratch, and every slice is worth the wait.

Our seasonal fruit pies change with the harvest. In summer it's berries. In fall it's apples from the orchards up the valley. Winter brings our spiced pumpkin with whipped cream that actually whips.
